Each and every piece is entirely handcrafted. I only use high quality materials including sterling silver, pure aluminum, gold-fill & Swarovski crystals.
Each letter is individually stamped by hand- not machine-engraved- no 2 pieces will come out the same–making every piece it’s own unique creation!
The letters may not be perfectly straight. The spacing in between letters and names may not be perfect either. These are not flaws, they add to the charm of handstamped jewelry. I will not redo pieces simply because a few letters are not perfectly aligned. Handstamped jewelry is never perfect!

I strive to meet the expectations and full satisfaction of all my customers. I am not able able provide refunds on personalized orders. If the error was my mistake, I will fix it immediately and will refund the return shipping fees.
If the error was not my mistake, and you are simply dissatisfied with the product or the font you chose, then the piece is yours to keep.

The 3 S’s stand for: SLEEP, SHOWER, SWIM. That’s just an easy way to remember when you should take your jewelry off. Remember, sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time with exposure to your skin, chemicals, and the air. The best way to keep your silver from tarnishing is prevention! Store your jewelry in a closed jewelry box or in a sealed zip-tight bag. Polish often (foam polishing pads are included with every necklace order and more can be purchased from my shop).
Your letters are oxidized to make them stand out – this too can fade over time – if you feel at any time you need your letters to be darkened or your jewelry to be cleaned more than you can do at home, feel free to contact me! This is a service I offer FREE with every purchase (just pay shipping).

All pieces are custom made to your specifications. I know how important each piece is to your individual healing journey, and it is important to me to get it to you as quickly as possible. Please expect at least 7 business days for fulfillment of your order and an additional 5-7 days for shipping time. Custom orders may take a little longer depending on if certain components need to be ordered. I will do my best to get it to you in a reasonable amount of time! Please feel free to contact me anytime about the status of your order!
During certain peak seasons (Christmas, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day) shipping may take longer. I do my absolute best to get orders out in a timely manner!
United States mail includes delivery confirmation and insurance. Express Mail – 3-4 day delivery is also available for an additional charge. Express Mail orders processed after 12pm will be sent out the next business day.
International Mail- Shipping rates to ship internationally have greatly increased. Items will be shipped in a priority mail flat rate envelope. Unfortunately, tracking is not available with these packages, nor is insurance. I am not responsible for lost international packages. I am also not responsible for any customs charges your country may charge. If your item gets lost by the mail service, unfortunately, there is nothing I can do on my part. Thanks for your understanding.
