Mother-Child Necklace Sets
I created the sets on this page especially for mothers who have a baby or child that has passed away. The sets on this page come in two pieces, one for the mother and one for the child. It is my hope that no mother should ever have to face this situation. I had to say good-bye to my son Carter. My husband, my living son and I each wore the same matching angel pin that Carter wore at his funeral. That pin is very special to me knowing that we each have one. I wanted to create something along this line of thinking, and I know how special it would be for a mother to have something that would fit perfectly with another piece that her baby or child could also wear. Mother and Child Broken Heart Set
This set is made completely of sterling silver. The two broken heart pieces fit together perfectly. The mother's necklace includes a large disc that can be personalized with a phrase such as "Forever in my Heart" or "Too beautiful for Earth". The broken heart piece can be personalized with the child or baby's initial (as shown) or with a baby footprint (one on each half). The mother's piece would include a birthstone as well as an 18 inch sterling silver bead ball chain. The child's heart piece would be stamped with the same as the mother's and comes with a small sterling silver bead ball chain (14 inch). Mother and Child Forever Loved Set
This set is made completely of sterling silver. The mother's necklace includes a sterling silver washer with a heart cut-out. The washer can be personalized with a phrase such as "Forever Loved" and a name. A birthstone or pearl is also included. The pendant is hung from an 18 inch bead ball chain. The baby or child's necklace includes a 1/2 inch small heart which can be personalized with an initial. The heart is made to fit inside the larger washer.
